Here is all that you need!

Swede's One-Click Install
Download the full GTG Package with all 39 courses compressed in 1 single archive. Suite II Reloaded is also installed in the background and everything is done fully automatic. More info on My Pages.

Enables all courses, change windspeed, green slopes, starting hole and more.
